Visions of Hope International, dedicated to educating, inspiring, and motivating against domestic violence–held its first benefit fashion show on Friday, July 11th at the Club Renaissance in Sun City, Florida. Supporters of the cause attended the first annual semi-formal event in style. The event which centered around six beautiful domestic violence survivors and their journey in breaking free from the past— included a night of good spirits, silent auction, gourmet dinner, live entertainment and a fabulous fashion show. The ladies ripped the runway to model fashions sponsored by local businesses. They also had the personal pleasure of meeting many of the guest who came out to support them in their journey to survival. It was a pleasure meeting each of these women as their level of courage, strength and hope is unparallelled. I learned so much from them and I hope you do to. Domestic violence is real. There is no doubt about it. Organizations like Visions of Hope International provides much needed services to victims and their families that have such a lasting impact on their long road to freedom and perseverance. It was great to be a part of such an amazing cause. Check out some of the photos of the event below.
