Haute: ˈōt French for fashionably elegant or high-class. The Fashion Movement hosted its fourth annual installment of the increasingly popular fall accessories show, HAUTE in Tampa, Florida this weekend. The show provides a platform for selected fashion accessory designers to showcase their uniquely creative designs to fashion enthusiast across the Tampa Bay area. Guest had the pleasure of shopping the designer’s pop-up shops while enjoying an assortment of complimentary beverages and Hors d’oeuvres. Seven designers wowed the crowed with uniquely bold pieces that were constructed from a variety of elements. Sure we’ve seen many shows dedicated to fashion apparel, but nothing exclusively for accessories. This is such a great concept and platform for accessory designers. Check out some of the images captured at this year’s event.

It was certainly an exciting night in fashion for a great cause. Proceeds of the event will benefit the Joshua House, a safe haven for abused, abandoned, and neglected children, offering a therapeutic residential group care program that provides a protected, nurturing, family-like environment for children six – seventeen.Visit the Joshua House website here to learn more about the amazing organization and how you can donate and lend your support to such a meaningful cause. Congrats to the Fashion Movement team on yet another fabulous Tampa Bay fashion event. The Fashion Movement will host its next event, Bow Ties & Clutches this winter and Bloggers’ Ball in the spring. Stay tuned for more details on these fabulous events, they will be AMAZING!
I have a love hate relationship with harem pants. I love the fact that they are so comfy but I hate that fact that the fit can sometimes be annoying. If I were to stand or pose a certain way in these pants, the gathering in the front would create a camel toe effect. I’m totally not here for the camel toe. They are made of jersey knit which certainly doesn’t help. LOL. So the verdict is still out on these. Until next time friends. . . . Peace, Love & Blessings.
