April 17th, 2015 . Tampa, FL |  The Fashion Movement held its 3rd annual Eye on Fashion: A Stylist Competition  at The Vault, a fabulous event space located in the downtown district. The event benefited T.O.R.C.H. Inc – Taking Opportunities To Reach Compelling Heights, a community service organization whose mission is to educate, enlighten, and empower, young women to ignite and reach their full potential while becoming productive citizens of the community.  Four very talented Fashion Stylists competed in the event that I’d like to refer to as a one-of-a-kind. The competition, a platform for Wardrobe/Fashion Stylists to promote, market and establish their brands is certainly capturing the attention of many local and national fashion enthusiast; and rightfully so. The Stylists presented various looks to an independent panel of judges who chose the winner based on the total scoring in various point categories. The Stylists curated a series of 5 looks that captivated the crowd throughout the night–but unfortunately there could only be one winner. The event brought many of the Bay Area’s fashion insiders together; from designers, models, bloggers and fashion hopefuls and enthusiasts. The winner received a $550.00 cash prize, the winner’s plaque and a $100.00 gift certificate courtesy of Fresh Threads Warehouse. Other competing Stylists received a personal plaque and a $50.00 gift certificate from Fresh Threads Warehouse.
