Designer Marc Jacobs is undoubtedly one of my favorite all-around designers. Both he and Micheal Kors share a seat at my all-around proverbial best American designer table. I’ve reserved this recognition for those designers who have successfully transcended across multiple fashion platforms including apparel, footwear, accessories and beauty. But let’s discuss the Marc Jacobs Resort 2016 collection for all intensive purposes—–shall we? The models strutted their stuff clothed in bedazzled cashmere to showcase the designer’s latest collection at his 163 Mercer St, New York store. The fall collection boasted excessive bling, moderate lace and grommet detailing–all to which left me with glee from look one to thirty-five.
